What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated August 2, 2026. This describes exactly what tenavault.com does today — not a boilerplate policy for features we haven't built.
Who this is
This policy covers tenavault.com, operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name], [PLACEHOLDER: registered address]. It doesn't yet cover a TenaVault product — there isn't a general-availability product with its own account system today; when there is, that product will have its own, more detailed privacy policy.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, an approximate tenant-count bucket, which systems your config currently lives in, and any notes you add. Every field is one you typed yourself — nothing is collected passively, and there's no tracking pixel or fingerprinting script on this site.
We don't run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all today.
What we do with it
Submitting the demo form sends its contents, by email, to the TenaVault team so we can follow up and schedule your call. That's the entire pipeline — there is deliberately no database behind the form today, so your submission isn't stored anywhere except that email and whatever mailbox it lands in.
We use Resend to deliver that email. Resend processes the submission's contents in transit as our data processor; it doesn't use them for its own purposes. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
Your choices
Email hello@tenavault.com to ask what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it — we'll act on it within a reasonable time regardless of which privacy law does or doesn't formally apply to you.
Changes
If what this site collects or does with it changes — for example, once there's a live product with its own account system — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
